Ah Chung Mee Suah (阿宗面线) – Taiwan Street Food

One of the popular dish of in Taiwan and this is one of the popular stall in Ximending, Taipei. 

A must-eat street food in Ximending, or you are not in Taipei Ximending yet. The paper bowl printed “Since 1975” no joke an eatery of forty years and you still have to stand and have to scoop and slurping the silky noodle from the hot bowl on the hand under the sun or you find some shady area.

 It is at E-Mei Street, Ximending walking street, on the left towards or right from Ximen Station. Be prepare for a 15 minutes queue at any time, however the service are fast because it is very systematic flow. 

You queue to pay at the cashier, with the receipt you move to the order takers, tell him for take away or eating there. Once you get to pay it will be almost immediate you will get your bowl. A three man operations stall front.

 The mee-sua here is not the ever popular oyster flour noodle (mee-sua), this is with pork large intestine and Chai Yee flavour.

 For additional taste the condiment corners has the black vinegar, garlic or chilli to garnish.
